Alain Escalle made a music video for french singer Mylène Farmer that blatantly rips off my film ‘Energie!’. You can watch the video here and judge for yourself.

I finished the re-cut of ‘Energie!’ for Basement Jaxx. The clip will be used for their Live Show and screened on a huge 6,7m x 1,8m LED display behind the band. Please note that the vocals are missing in this version.

Energie! was included in the touring program of Amsterdam Film Experience and will be screened at the following festivals this year:

Cork Film Festival
European Media Art Fesitval
Signes de Nuit

Energie! will be screened at the Espoo Cultural Center [Finland] in may as part of a selection of short films from previous Cartes Flux festivals.
